In October the Pearce Davies Alpha Chapter of PRSSA at San Jose State University submitted a regional activity bid. We are happy to announced that we have been selected to host our third straight regional activity. The officers are already working hard on preparing a timeline and roster of speakers that will give members the most bang for their buck.

Here’s some more information about this upcoming regional activity:

• Date: March 19-20, 2009
• Location: SJSU Campus
• Pricing: TBA (will remain similiar to the previous activity)

This regional activity is titled, “The Survivor’s Guide to Public Relations,” and will go over a high level overview of a career in public relations. The wide variety of speakers and subjects will help pinpoint where you would like to take your career.
